Hi, need advise.. I'm currently working in A company for 7 years, started in 2009 but I resigned in 2013 July for B company. After about 4 month I rejoined A company back due to work stress in B company. Now the question is should I state the 4 months gap (re-sign and re-join) or just state 7 years til present in my resume? Will they do background check on it?
