Like you mentioned; it can always be done during the interview itself.
When you've been in the industry long, the question to ask is "How much you can pay me?", directed towards the interviewer instead of the opposite of someone asking you what is your expected salary.  wink.gif

yup... i totally agree with b00n...
i always don put... and if they think my experience fits, they can ask during interview... and normally expected salary, my first answer to them is "as u deem appropriate for the new position and commensurate with my experience" - only when they ask the second time only i give... haha, giving them a hard time... doh.gif
