Guys, I'm writing my career objective for my resume. Need your feedback on it.

"Career Objective:

Seeking challenging career opportunity with a reputed organization that utilizes and further improves my expertise in soft skill development, talent acquisition and corporate communication for personal and organization development."

Somehow I have a feeling that it sounded redundant... does it?
