Does anyone here have experience with academic CV? I just graduated from PhD program and right now I am looking for job in academia or at least research related jobs in university. My CV is quite long after I added all publications, conference papers and awards I received during my PhD study. How long is the CV for academic position usually is? Mine is 10 pages now and I don't know how to shorten it.

Hi PurpleRain1990. Just my opinion. CV should always be concise but good enough to catch the recruiter eyes to call you in for an interview. No need to include all the details, pick up some of the title should be enough. They can talk with you on the details of publication, conference etc. in the interview session. Thanks.
