i always don put... and if they think my experience fits, they can ask during interview... and normally expected salary, my first answer to them is "as u deem appropriate for the new position and commensurate with my experience" - only when they ask the second time only i give... haha, giving them a hard time...
HIHI. i'm new here and was browsing thru and saw this post.i always don put... and if they think my experience fits, they can ask during interview... and normally expected salary, my first answer to them is "as u deem appropriate for the new position and commensurate with my experience" - only when they ask the second time only i give... haha, giving them a hard time...
from my experience, YES, do not put ur expected salary. i always put and always get low low one. for eg, i was applying for one job thru a fren, so she told me salary was 1.2k so i put 1.2k. then the manager asked if im willing to get another similar job but is regarding IT, meaning more stuff to pick up. so i was like sure.. then see see all my other collegue salary much higher than mine.. they are getting 1.5!!! geram!!! sometimes i reli wonder y manager also wanna be so cheap
