QUOTE(wu ming @ Jul 16 2011, 01:25 AM) Hi guys. How is the cover letter format gonna be if it was sent by email? Do I still need to include in the my address/company address? Usually I apply through write-in but some companies demanded email application. So I am confused now on how will the format of the email will be. Any advise? Thanks. it's not necessary to include ur add or the co. address, wont be wrong if u wan to include though. Afterall u r going to attach ur detailed CV too, they can get ur details from there. The more important thing is the content.

QUOTE(hackwire @ Jul 18 2011, 01:54 PM) Do you need to provide a cover letter on the interview day when you already got the interview appointment date? My guess is that cover letter is sent to prospective employer only to get an appointment. correct? No need. Just bring along your certificates, passport-size photo (some co. will request that) for interview.

QUOTE(wu ming @ Jul 21 2011, 10:01 AM) Sent my application to prospected employer through email. But I have a feeling that my email might end up in junk email. Time for backup plan. Sending write in application. Do you think it is still applicable? As long as the vacancy is still available, should be ok... no harm to write-in...
