Greetings guys, I would like to have your opinions on professional-looking CVs.
About the font type, size, and layouts maybe?

Ok now I've done my CV.. but it's 3 pages long. Not a wall of text though, there are properly indented texts and tables, and I'm afraid it's too much. How much is too much to u guys or HR people? They have to review hundreds of applicants, and I guess the first page is the key to impression. What if I do my CV in a very different format?
