APPLICATION FOR PRODUCTION CLERK
I’m writing to inform you of my interest for the position as Production Clerk at XXX Sdn. Bhd.
I'm soon to be officially graduated in Bachelor of XXX. I finish my study in December 2010, and will be having convocation in September 2011.
Although the position offered totally out of my degree scope, I believe I could carry out responsibilities given while learning and experiencing different new things.

is that cv letter body good enough? I wonder whether I should include the reason why I apply for the position.
- close to house, about 2 km travel. My motorcylce road tax end about a month ago...so this is plus point

- I'm interested in biz administration and management and I plan to further study in MBA after 3-4 years of working. I'm 24 yo btw.
- I did small biz selling dadih and help my brother car wash shop from Jan to June but felt something is lacking thus I decide to look for a job, and this job catch my attention since I think I could learn a lot from this job.
extra info: salary is about RM1K. Location at East Peninsular. I'll be living with family, so I didn't care much about the 1K salary.

Responsibilities:
Data entry and collection of the production output from each department
Support Production Manager in administrating Production Department activities
Provide work papers for production
Coordinate production activities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
