Hey, do you guys think it's advisable to put it your referees contact? My thinking is that if I were to put in my supervisors details, and while in the midst of applying job, the new co actually gives a ring to my supervisor, wouldn't my supervisor then know that I am changing job?

Would that add value or it will detrimental to my resusme?

Hi everyone, I am a fresh graduate student without any related working experience. Just want to know,
1) Should I include my previous semester break unrelated working experience or not?
2)Should I include my hobby and personality inside my resume?

For referral section is it appropriate if I put my ex-superior from work more than a year ago? (Ex-boss still same company and same position but I moved to another company).
Because my current workplace superior already changed twice within a year.. and not in good relationship with current superior.

Let's say if you want to move into a different industry or transition into a different role, how would you structure your resume? Do you prioritise transferable skills or experience from previous industry/role?
