Hey guys i'd like some help, i'm looking to get a new car but have been quite tunneled vision into getting the standard affair Jap C segments. My budget is about 80-90k and a friend mention at that range i can very well get a 320d 2012.

Pros are that its good on fuel, powerful, a conti and has the tech.

I'd like to know your guys thoughts on the matter. Is maintenance really that expensive? what are the major milestone maintenance cost and what will they run on average?

Will it be less as to buying a 2nd hand Mazda 3 for example? I'd appreciate the help or if someone can pm me for a conversation
