Actually if I go baneling burst the game usually ends around 10 minutes mark. A good zerg player can pressure terran not to expand and unless they spend a chunk of money on turrets to repel muta. But baneling rush can destroy the CC in a blink of an eye

QUOTE(windboy @ Jun 1 2010, 03:21 PM) nah, baneling is useless when the terran blk the ramp with factory and barrack. as for mutas, it's really depends, a few rocket towers and marine + few thor able to shut down ur mutas. and dont think muta is that cheap thou Haha how many of terran players actually block their ramp with 2 barracks? I saw none so far in platinum league. You can counter everything in theory but in reality it doesn't work that way. Rocket towers (turret not tower) requires investment. Thor is so freaking slow and at a constant pressure Zerg will easily out macro a pressured terran. Just like how it shown in Sen vs Dimaga match. Speedlings resist early push transition to muta to contain terran onto 1/2 base and out macro them. Even thor drops failed.

Well all I can do is to hope that they will improve the overall service quality rather than being pessimistic and complain. =)

QUOTE(Instant_noodle @ Jun 2 2010, 06:40 PM) your hope is something similar to hooping TMNut would improve their service, dream on hellgate: london has good story line and slightly above average replay value, *something* had destroyed it Well it depends what's your attitude. The attitude you're carrying is the whining type that never appreciated any improvement. Customer service for streamyx has improved a lot compared to years ago. They send technician right away on the second day and do thorough examination. My speed has improved after I tell them the instability of it. Anyway, sucks to be you =)

First they complaint that SC2 requires subscription fees to play and rather one time payment. Now they whine about the one time payment price. Loop!

I think that SC2 has a larger potential of revitalizing e-sports where frequent balancing works and server maintenance need to be carried out. What we're paying is a kind of investment for a long term gaming platform.
No doubt that TF2 requires a comparable amount of developing works but it has limited potential in e-sports. If SC2 were to last for years the cost should already be justified. But it still depends how they charge on the sequel. Hopefully cheaper for existing customers of WOL

That is why I suggest they charge different prices for gamers who only want to play campaign and dedicated b.net players

QUOTE(evofantasy @ Jun 8 2010, 12:02 AM) i won't have enuff time to get blink/ phoenix usually... they will push out with marines and 2-3 tanks n its usually gg... If they rush marine tanks, scout double gas and attack when he's transitioning. 4/5 gate push is pretty decent.
