i want to get external hdd , why are some brands selling mac edition etc. any different beside price different which is more expensive to normal one?

Mac Edition HDDs have been pre-formatted with HFS+. You can get a normal HDD and format it yourself.

well, if the drive come with extra connectivity like FireWire 800, eSATA etc... then it might worth the extra. If it's simply pre-mac formatted. Don't waste your money.

yes its same as danny choo the famous anime guy's table.
both bought saparately from ikea, the stand & glass. the stand's height can be adjusted to your desire.

the glass is vika glasholm blank no design(got others with design)
the leg stand is vika artur

No I didn't. It will kick off the fan when it is really hot, and I don't really do CPU intensive stuff. I guess programming doesn't use so much processing power, does it?

I never used any coolers for my MBP 15" since day 1 and its now 2 years + and never had any overheating problem.

Normal programming C, C++, C# etc wont consume much processing power unless you are talking about graphic rendering, etc

vantec dual hard drive dock, best if got usb 3.0.. for mac just 2.0 for now..
i make my hdds like cassette.. when u want to use it u dock it, eject it just like toaster..
