sales and purchase + lawyer, Do bank lawyer make the agreement

check with bank loan 1st...whether u can afford or not..eligibility...then only find lawyer to proceed

fr my experience, find bank loan, bank then can help u to find all needed, eg lawyer for s&p, valuers for market value etc.. easier liddat.

Yeah,You gotta know you're qualify to buy something, Firstly, you will have to find banker or bank loan. Talk about the loan about is that possible to approve with your qualification, montly income and salary slip and all that.
After that, Banker will help you to submit all the documents for you to the lawyer that you appointment. Secondly, someone will introduce a lawyer that specialist for property only,lawyer for divorce only.The lawyer are more professional whenever you ask them questions  |

Submit your documents and a receipt of your booking fee to check your eligibility for a bank loan before you proceed with signing a SPA. The above steps cost you nothing, better than you sign a SPA only to find out you can't qualify for a loan, for whatever reasons.
Then you waste lawyer fee for nothing. =) |
