QUOTE(SAMPERTH @ May 5 2010, 06:28 PM) Dont worry as most thing I got back thru you know what !! We live in Bolehland !! Biggest lost are maybe some foreign reserve that SHOULD be in RM if I start exporting legally from another country !! Just trying to do the right thing but got penalised and pay a huge PRICE/RM as 28 MAY is near very near its 23 days away (or is it coming)?? Anyone can update ?? If not mistaken, it's May 26th. But have yet to hear anything. Could be just another "gertak"...which they are very good at. Just my RM0.02 p.s. Sorry to hear about your predicament. Regards

If all else failed, just throw them pets into the local jungle. Let them have some work to do...

I think all your voices need to be heard elsewhere rather than this forum. Make yourself known. But if all else fail, take this as lesson. Sometimes, you need to fall (if possible face first LMAO!) in order to get back up stronger and fight. Best wishes to you all! Noted! So should all come forward and declare now? Or should all continue on hiding or just release all into our local ecosystem?

Blutang: Your previous post just made my head spin. LOL!
It's not the Perhilitan's fault. Nor it is ours. It is the tortoises fault actually. LMAO!

No. I am a busy guy. I don't have time to do such crap. Could I just fill in the form, scan and submit with pictures via email? Also at least that way, I would also have a black and white as proof that I have declared mine. Added on June 21, 2010, 9:15 pmI will never be John Doe la. I have balls. That's why I went in last time haha Besides, I don't intend to hide. It's pointless since EVERYBODY knows me This post has been edited by Azazel: Jun 21 2010, 09:15 PM

Well I don't have that many species nor quantities. So it's either I sell them before the date, or simply declare them or even just throw them away (I'll take some pictures no worries ) into some forest reserve. Which ever it is, I don't really mind. Maybe I will opt for the last option since it will be be a win win situation for me. I don't have to waste anytime too. What say you Perhilitan?

QUOTE(CnT @ Jun 22 2010, 10:10 AM) Do contemplate carefully the implications of releasing into wild. Not only how it affects ur animal, but more importantly how it affects the local fauna. Ur new species may dominate n kill-off local species. Eg. african catfish, peacock bass, english pike. Do contemplate carefully the implications of NOT releasing them into the wild. Not only it affects your animals (such as confiscation, poor husbandry and death), but more importantly how it will affect you and your family members. You want to go to jail? We are the minority. Whatever we do may not matter much compared to more serious threats like deforestation and such. Just my opinion. Regards

I think with more and more people releasing non-native species into the wild within this few days, maybe only then the authorities would have the balls to make any real decision on whether any license should be granted or not. I don't have any plans to declare as I have decided to release them. I hate them too much to bow to their tantrums. And freedom matters to me . You guys can go play fetch afterwards aight. ALL HAIL THE ALMIGHTY PERHILITAN AND INTESA! ..l.. Regards

QUOTE(rafiqos @ Jun 22 2010, 02:16 PM) This can only mean more herping trips within the metros! Sure. Why not? But since I am not the only one who knows where they will be released, I will give you a head start. The hint is that they will be released in one of the many jungles in Peninsular Malaysia. Therefore, I suggest you start sweeping from up North. Don't leave any stone unturn. LMAO!

QUOTE(EdShal @ Jun 22 2010, 05:42 PM) haha.. seroiusly bro.. so the deal with your neighbouring visitor didnt go? im up for their adoption, and you can visit them anytime.. Sorry bro but I decided not to trade them...with anybody. They will be released to the wild. Infact, they are no longer with me now. I just lost a couple of $$$$. But I had experienced worse. So this is just peanuts . Few years down the road, you will see probably some headlines in the local paper "Rare tortoises captured" or "A wealthy businessman wanted to buy these rare tortoises but Perhilitan rejected the offer because something new and rare belongs in a museum". And suddenly a Brazilian saw the news and make another headline on the next day saying "I eat those RARE tortoises at home almost everyday" I think I will get my money worth ten times more ...LMAO!!!

QUOTE(camillenoir @ Jun 22 2010, 08:17 PM) owh they're gonna love this thread behold the second coming of agent janggut They are like GOD. Watch only. You want to know why? It's because they are all incompetent. Binatang binatang dalam list yang dulu pun takleh nak comprehend. Lagi nak enforce INTESA. By the way, I think the word "incompetent" is too harsh. A more appropriate word would be "IMBECILE". P.s. Nak jugak aku tengok anjing-anjing tu post something here. Tapi we all know that they got no balls. So why bother? Have fun

QUOTE(EdShal @ Jun 23 2010, 07:34 PM) respect your decision.. Thanks! But if all managed to avoid capture, they may procreate in the wild. That is IF they could find each other. Then we would have a very colorful and new species in Malaysia. Hooray!!! Again, I would HIGHLY suggest using Reptaid for all reptiles. See you guys at the expo. Regards
