my thumb hurts alot after playing a few frame, is it because of my wrong release? or its normal?
at the red place from the attached pic. im currently practising stroker.

now protecting it with some sort of green tape (cotton type) every time play lol. but still hurts after 3, 4 frames etc

i want to play more frame but what to do ?

it's called blister..
n the cause is from ur wrong release.
i had once..
skrg release sume dah ok..
thumb must go out first before the other finger..

does it always happen? it could be the drillings of your ball.. span is too much..

wrong release....or ur thumb hole too sempit...korek a bit la...

last time . me also used to get that cuz wrong release .

but now abit ok . just that now the ball keluar lambat . like the my thumb stuck on the ball .

got to use fulcrum for ever 7 throw like dat

ur thumb will expand if you bowl long due to moisture.. different ppl thumb will react differently.. some ppl will not have the problem.. some ppl will have the problem.. so after a while they need to use the tape so that your thumb could exit quickly..

or do it like me.. I usually call the pro shop guy to make my thumb hole a bit bigger so there is room for my thumb to expand after a few games.. kakaka.. if the place is super duper cold and my thumb is really small.. just put the tape and it will fit nicely dy.. haha.. then when it gets tight.. take out the tape and tadaa!! nice fit..

hmm i think thats why it doesnt always happened.

if create the thumb hole bigger, some sort of 'ball will fall when back of the swing' will haunt my mind lol. so ill grib the ball by using my thumb as much as i can, thats why, i think..oh man

cup the ball lah.. dont break ur wrist.. if u break ur wrist there is a higher chance the ball will fall out and have tat sensation..
