hi there! newbie bowler here biggrin.gif

nak tanya sedikit, how to adjust the wrist guard in a proper way? im using a revcon now, which level that i need to cup my wrist and angle my wrist left or right for beginner?? using this device because my wrist always break when im releasing the ball, using 14lbs ball currently.

its hard for me to get a consistent release sad.gif sometimes it hits the pocket, sometimes hook too early, sometimes into the gutter sad.gif any tips??

is it normal that my thumb joint (near the palm, joint that connect thumb to palm, haha) feel painful? after 4 games terus "bengkak" and swelling, and last for few days. Because drilling problem ke, i need to drill to make bevel a bit?

sorry, questions from beginner tongue.gif

Ok firstly let me tell i havent bowled in about 1.5-2 years dy.

having said that, there was a ball called scout reactive back when i was active.
ball+bag+shoes = rm300.

very good ball for beginners.
can be used for straight, hook or spin style as well - for hooks, it's for medium to dry lane.

alvin,
10lbs and 11lbs wont matter much if you drilled the ball to your hand.
in fact, i went from 11lbs (house ball) to 13lbs (own ball) when I got my first ball.

no issues - cos the fit will be customised to your hand.

Place - ask other sifus -- Boomer is one tongue.gif
