My question is, sometimes i have a light afternoon meal (mostly vegetables and maybe some meat) followed by 2 scoops of ON Whey Protein. Is this fine? I overheard someone saying that the On Whey Protein is as heavy as a meal and consuming Whey Protein with Low Fat Milk after a meal is not good and may make it more difficult to trim the fat or lose weight. Is that true?
Should i leave some time gap between consuming a meal and whey protein?
Another thing is, I only consume Nitrotech after work out and on non-workout days, i consume ON Whey Protein. Is this combination fine or its better to consume Nitrotech alone for daily protein intake?

its recommended for u to take the on whey+milk 2-3 hours after your afternoon meal. its always good to separate your meals/ snack to many little portions thru out the day, natural way to boost up your metabolism rate hence good for fat loss.
your method of consuming nitrotech and on whey is fine, im doing that also
