hi i would suggest u to take a fat burner product, but since u r taking one, then i guess maybe u jz continue with it. after u finish the current one n if u wish to try something new, then maybe u can try nutrex lipo 6 120 capsules, which is also a fat burner, its the best selling fat burner over here, rm135 by self collect, rm140 by post.
mean while, i think u should take the fat burner 30 mins before your breakfast/ 1st meal of the day and 30 mins before your lunch/ a meal in the afternoon, not 1 hour after your lunch
