i think he mean the 105mm end even tho the max aperture is smaller, due to compression can make the 'illusion' of better bokeh dats y lens like 55-200 also can make creamy bokeh even though it's not even f2.8. obviously the background need to be far la then we have the 70-200 f2.8.... GG.. haha

it LOOKS like good bokeh because since u're zooming in from far, u get less background. less background = less clutter = look like good bokeh n dats y UWA lens hard to get good bokeh. even though the background is blur, there's so much clutter that even at f2.8 it still doesnt look nice

isepunye diam2 got 2 D90 already i agree with others, too bright, but not the overexposed kind of bright. as in correctly exposed pic but u increase the brightness in PP if u're trying to do the 'faded' look, try to mess around with the WB n colours more, brightness dun kacau ;p

QUOTE(KTCY @ May 13 2010, 10:18 PM) too much bokeh IMO, not much 'crispy' feeling. damn quite a while dy havent go chili's QUOTE(kenji_britney @ May 14 2010, 10:00 AM) hey guys, need some advice on how to take photos of fire at night. if i use a fast shutter then the background will be really dark, if i use a slow shutter, the fire may be overexposed. should i use a fill flash? need to practice tmr. HDR? :S that's the problem with fire at night anyway...the sensor dynamic range too small
