QUOTE(freddy manson @ May 21 2010, 01:07 AM) eh ur sabahan ka? ha haha oke bah kalau ko.. thanks freddy. ^ amirmunzir, the 1750tammy got back/front-focus problem.. 60% of them happens in D90 and the rest 40% is shared among all the other cameras (sony, other nikon bodies, canon, pentax, etc etc) |

QUOTE(luzzio @ May 21 2010, 01:55 AM) it took about 2 replacements before i was happy with my tammy. if you get a working lens trust me this baby won't make you regret a dime. a beginner or not, getting the 1750 with a constant f/2.8 instead of the kitlens is the best choice. there's hardly any difference at 105 and 50 that a good pp crop can't fix (come on a D90 is 12mgpx). the perspective doesn't change with a crop. you'll feel the crippling disadvantage of the f/5.6 max on the kit soon enough. so,is it the tammy is repairable but incureable?..or is it repairable and like u,that took 2 replcement(or maybe more for other who unlucky) then no need to send for another replacement?..sory,need to really confirm b4 wasting my money QUOTE(celciuz @ May 21 2010, 06:54 AM) Nothing close to it at the moment for a f/2.8 fixed lens. Closest is the Sigma, and then the Nikkor 17-55 f/2.8 comes into picture already. Agreed, if you get a good copy this is one heck of good lens. But if you don't then you're in deep shit. Need to keep exchanging until you get one. I wonder how if the new ones sold are actually refurbished units! |

QUOTE(Sp00kY @ Jun 1 2010, 02:18 PM) i dont like using flash for food photography because hmm..ok..i know wut u mean..same as me..just im using the flash when i take potrait picture since i use smaller aperture with this 50mm....thanks! most of the restaurant that i go is dark and using flash creates uneven lighting across the pic..perhaps im noob |
