hybrid car very expensive to maintain, and it runs on two separate engine, means to say your engine has double the chance of failure that leads to double amount of repair bills! unfortunately the benefits of driving a hybrid is far yet to outweight the conventional petrol car (lower cost, low maintanence)

of cos hybrid save some serious fc, but again still not able to offset the extra money u paid for buying the car and the high maintenance bills you will likely to face in future... think carefully before buying a hybrid, oh btw it is suppose to be 'green' tech, good for environmental issue kind of thingy... but do we malaysian care? er.....

yes kono, confirmed bought already, should get my new car these few days, but not sure when is the exact date.
ok... if you want best price, go for SD branch in SS2, their price is 80388, can't find any lower... need SA number pm me.
As for puchong branch they have limited colors, SD have all the colors, the seat in bleach color like yeowa mention.... lastly i think u can't change the AUX to USB, but i don't need a USB anyway so i never bother

wow... Honda want to dig grave already? how to fight with hyundai's design? btw the new honda civic front looks abit like Forte? i think the current avante also look nicer than new honda civic, good... no regrets buying avante!

If the price is around RM85K for 1.8, then it really a good buy, probably can kill the Forte sales as well.

I managed to get in touch with a Hyundai dealer and he told me that they are accepting booking for RM1000. Can refund if cancel later. Pricing and spec still dunno.. Estimated launching date this September.. This is what he told me. I think i will prebook for 1.8 one. Actually I am about to get a Forte 2.0...

Since hyundai now is offering Accent at 1.4 and 1.6.... Avante at 2.0.
Does not sound logic if they going to offer 1.6 and 1.8 for Avante 2011...
Accent 1.4 is selling for RM67,566.80
Accent 1.6 is selling for RM73,364.80
Avante 2.0 is selling for RM95,301.80

Price is basic without Insurance and etc....

P1 Persona : RM79-92k    YTD:28,248 units

I doubt this Hyundai Avante can sell well in Malaysia.
Unless the price and Hyundai service are very fantastic.

I predict the sales volume should not more than 700 units per months...
just slightly better than Kia Forte's monthly sales volume..
