Nobody said CVT is best, but nobody can deny CVT is smoother than CAT (conventional AT). Luxury cars emphasize smoothness, easy to understand which gb they preferred.
Saga FLX, coming Exora & Persona, Lancer & even Myvi ori Boon are all CVT based other than the few mentioned. Resistance is Futile?

It is called goodwill,veli hard to get & keep. Potong once had it but loses it kaw-2,now uphill to gain bck.Tranlsate to $,goodwill worth quite a lot.
Many so-call youngsters don't get tis & keep questioning "why".

Tats y not easi to built good cars,balance is the word.A tank is safe but u 1 it 4 daily use?
It is an art Jap mastered so well.They don over/under engineer,give u ngam-2 & hit the sweet spot.
Hopefully current Korean catching up,don let Jap monopolise.
