Ok, uhh, so guys, I got some news.

Car is launching in Febuary. There will be 5 colour choice to choose from and there's rumour that 2 more colours will be added later on.

For those who asked their local SAs about the car. They won't know much because SAs' training isn't started yet.

Those who wish to do booking via bank-in, we are doing that now but kindly PM me for discussion.

The misconception is that after you get your car, Sime Darby handles everything.

For after sales, you should be calling your SAs for info, for service, call the service centres. Our business cards are not just for you to call back when you decide to buy the car.
Depends which dealer you went to. SA that throws you out after getting their commission will of course end up giving you bad after sales service. 9/10 SAs I knew only cared about taking your money, nothing else, unlucky if you've met one. I layan my customer from start to end, even following them to service centres to make sure their car is properly serviced, commission spent on going around with them is well worth it.

Then there's this group of customer who treat SAs like their slaves, demanding things beyond limit, want this and that, double dipping here and there, uncooperative, arrogant. This kind I won't layan more than what's obliged by the SAs guideline.

So you experienced bad after sales service, you probably met a 'money only' SA or no offense, you belonged in the group of customer that I lazy do follow up with.

Good or bad service really depends on which dealer/SA you met. A lot say T & H provide very good service, but I once stood right in the middle of a T showroom and service centre for a full 30 minutes without anybody serving. Staff even avoided eye contact when they walk by. Those who still thinks Hyundai has bad service probably haven't met me and my manager.

This is one of the problem too if they doesn't care about their service. Heard a lot of complaint regarding their service.

Heard Naza Kia K5 will be selling RM102k for 2.0 spec. Wondering Sime-Darby will sell their for 1.6 & 1.8...
