The EV won't save our planet or really being green for the next 5-10 years, reason is most of the power plants in Malaysia are using fossil fuels to generate electricity. this kind of electricity does not come from renewable energy (sustainable energy)

also, plug_in version EV doesn't really energy efficient, because you need the electricity transmission via power grid to charge your battery, and the transmission of electricity also incur energy lost quite a lot.

The better version of EV should be the one equip with fuel cell battery, doesn't need to use power grid to charge your car. just need to refill the fossil fuels to convert to electricity.
