CW model is EOL, and E Series (EA) will be as a subtitute for CW at the same price of RM3999
definitely CW price has to fall or else no1 will buy the old stock =X

Cw scored higher scores than EA i wonder why.
In the website it state that CW can have an alternate battery that give a max of 4.5hours.
However, they state that EA only have max of 2.5hours not stating there's an alternate battery but i see the optional accessories
the battery that gives CW a 4.5hours battery is also in the EA but they didn't state it in the Specification

In the US site they can custom made the EA series and give it a 1600x900 resolution as well but obviously we don't have it =/
I know EA is better than CW but something is holding me back for some reason and i don't know what.
Besides that currently i'm using a Toshiba M500-S433 series

I'm given the chance to change for a EA or a CW as this model have some problem with the compatibility with its hardware as i heard.
So yea i like the harman/kardon speaker of the Toshiba and i know i'm slightly degrading when i'm changing it to VAIO.

So i need help to clear some of my doubts and i need opinion for this.

yea its not a review on the real model EA16 but its roughly an europe model or sth similar with design and stuff.
same goes with cw

I think EA can use the alternate battery that gives CW a 4.5 hour battery life. You can check it at the website
Look under CW specification for the battery model that provides 4.5hours then
look under EA accessories. I think its the same battery model so yea hopefully it can be used as well.

agreed overall for the hardware, definitely EA wins CW, however CW have a better screen resolution of 1600x900 tht all.

In most ppl's point of view EA will definitely be a better choice and also CW series is a EOL model.

so far there's no actual model of EA16 review so assumption can't really be made with the fan producing noise.
i believe the gpu is ATI 5650 is underclocked so that heat will be reduced. I don't know about the Cpu though.
Read alot about similar models with EA but have diff specs but so far no1 complains anything.

i think its the CW series that had the complain of the high pitching sound and so on. It seems its the HDD, read in some other forum.
CW also had battery issues but its actually the BIOS problem according to some CW user.

seems like we getting lots of rumors around stating when it will be out. Went to sony centre yest in Sunway Pyramid, they say that EA series will be out tmr (tht means today) haha. Oh well waiting game zzz..

in the US they can customize their vaio according to what they want though haha but they don't have the ATI 5650 it seems.

you want 15" you can go for EB wert already available only thing is its a i3 not i5

EB series comes with 15.5'' with ATI 5650 but only feed back is its a i5 but with Full HD.
For Rm3999 > this also includes Blueray drive.
