I need a help here.

My VAIO E-series laptop, VPCEG28FG, has failed to recover through the process of recovery. I had went into VAIO Care to initiate the recovery, but then, the recovery seemed to have ceased half-way so I resetted the laptop.
When i turned it back on, it couldnt run. What i think is that the recovery is not finished yet.

I think what i need is a recovery disk. But, i forgot to make a recovery disk when it is working well.

Can anyone help me out? Or borrow me a recovery disk?
