warranty alread expired also can claim? I want to rma my asus maximus ii formula. not sure which shop i buy, receipt dun have and warranty status is unknown. the problem is sound card faulty.

are u sure? but the item is only used for 2 years. i though asus give 3 year warranty? if cant, nvr mind. it's not the sound card faulty, just the board bios i think. go here, many more got problem like me sad.gif

i got faulty sapphire hd5850 GC here.
wanted your service to claim warranty.
i'm clueless where to claim warranty as i lost my receipt and box, only left the GC itself.

Found my card is dying and it's common issues for Nvidia G88 and G92.

Isn't my card entitle for claim because have been send RMA before this from All IT but receipt leave at my hometown.

Card : XFX 9800GT

S/N : JYH021057

For XFX, it's true warranty just 2 years?
