well hard to say whether it will hit ur fender or not but i do not recommend coz it will not give you the comfort when u go to 16" wheel on Myvi... and 195/50 R16 has very limited choice of tires... smile.gif

try 195/55 R15 should be ok... on that size try Hankook V12 (performance with a lil comfort) or Falken 912 (comfort with a lil performance)... fit in the stock suspension system it shall be fine...

Best set up for me currently for ride comfort and performance now is :

1)eibach pro kit springs (bought back in 2007 - previously paired with oem absorber)
2)paired with sachs super touring absorbers (just bought last week from kobe10)
3)running on oem SE09 rims with continental comfort contact tyres (locally made)

Height is just nice and comfort is good, cornering is confident and controlled.
And rebound rate is not to harsh like Tein or Gab Springs.
Many of my friends tried that and finally switch to eibach springs.

Sit 4 adults or transporting heavy goods without worrying back tyre hitting mud guard.

most comfort always stock OEM. aftermarket are usually stiffer for performance no matter how you see it unless you plan to buy rebound/stuff or softness adjustable absorbers that can cost you more than 5k or even up to/over 10k for a set.

Hope someone can help me here.

My situation a bit similar to TS. After going to tyre workshop to do tyre balancing, the mechanic said my back absorbers leak edi and they changed new one. This happen 1 year ago and after that I feel not comfort at all when driving. I think I can feel all the things on the road even small rock rclxub.gif

Now what I need to do to get those comfort back? Change new one? If yes can you recommend me the brand? I think the current im using is definitely low quality one...

Is Perodua SC selling those ori abs? Coz I also left them at the tyre shop.. doh.gif doh.gif

Is APM Performax durable enough for a harsh road condition?

I cant really claim that only APM will able to support most harshest road condition, but as i see for local cars and light weight carrying,APM does the job which impressive.
Please dont match with lowering spring as it will make those shocks worn even faster as usual and dont you want a bouncy ride !

Changed my Myvi to eibach + Sachs absorber.
Front wheel feel comfortable, but when come to rear wheel a bit bumpy. Rear will feel comfortable only when it is carry 3 person or heavy things, or else will feel bumpy when rear seat not carry person.

Mine stock spring with GAB SA Series installed few years back.

Cornering is good and no more floaty feeling but the ride quite hard. Back passenger will bump and knock their head on roof once goes over shopping mall's killer bump.

On rough surface the car bumps till it's sounds like my whole car's screw and dashboard going to tercabuts. lol biggrin.gif

Eibach produce Pro Kit springs for Myvi? I'd love to install too but I don't see that on Eibach's official web...
