btw fellas, if y'all are free, i'd like to have one final test track session with as many members as possible this weekend (both Sat and Sun). this is to collect data for one of our sponsors, who is interested to host a server for us so no more "cheapo hosted on my own rig" server, we're looking forward to a 24/7 dedicated one

yo all, i guess everyone's been pretty busy with stuff, in fact, so have i.

sad, other than a few of the usual gang, things have been going downhill for a bit. and besides that, i'm moving on from srs bizniz competitive gaming after go.esc this year.

to that end, i'd like to try to run at least one tourney for trackmania, so that we can show that we at least have the numbers for organizers to at least consider the racing game that we all love before counting us out for other games *cough*2 RTS games but no racing games at wcg2010*cough*

timing should be in the middle of Q4, probably late Nov or early Dec, if there are no objections. for now there's no plan yet on sponsors, but any input is welcome, trackmania is very easy to allow for sponsor ads to be installed into maps (see the Playall Steelseries challenge for example).

for promotional stuff, we can also create promotional content such as game videos, web posters, and such.

post up any ideas you have, if you're interested, if you'd like to volunteer for any services, anything. and try to get your friends to join.

i second this effort. if only the numbers make it.

I cant search any Malaysia server in TM.

there aren't any local server, chester. but you can play on any server worldwide, since timing is all that matters, and there's no collision to be calculated.

what kind of tourney we might be getting it ? i think online tourney is good enough and mainly TM tourney is set online

on a side note, semi confirmation on Go.Esc Trackmania tourney happening on the 9th of October, its on the poster, its on the registration form, and we have word of mouth from the organizer, but no real announcement as yet.

either way, you could just head down to Times Square and check it out, and maybe even try the WRC tourney that is already announced, in the hopes of winning some Thrustmaster steering packages. Just don't expect it to be easy pickings
