Visited Emerald this afternoon with the hope of some cancellations for Coral. None and I am considering Coris which is expected to be launched in May. Checked with the sales guy about future plans of emerald. New Chinese school, Jusco and I was also told probably a new park to replace the golf course. I think no big loss as long as greenery is maintained.
