QUOTE(jessy123 @ Sep 8 2011, 11:35 AM) They will call you once the letter is ready and you have to collect it at their sales gallery in Rawang.. Which electrical shop is it? they have specific one?Person in charge is Seth.. anyway, got my letter on 29th Aug so have to collect TV within 14 days - call the supplier he said oh..have to check if there is stock..one week later still no news..called again..oh he is not around and wont be back until next week ..my "deadline" as given by Guocoland is this week...apa macam lah.. So called Gallery - spoke to one N woman..told her my predicament - she keep saying you have to call him..i said -yes i have called him and he said have to check if got stock..so far no reply from him as to whether there is stock or not and deadline is besok..her reply macam robot - you have to call him she keep repeating ...aiya..then she said go to the shop to collect.. i said he already said have to check if got stock or not...vomit blood lah:furious: that's terrible.... |

QUOTE(cwahtai @ Mar 14 2012, 08:54 AM) Hi, I went to the Amberley construction site last Sunday, everything goes smoothlt, managed to speak to their site supervisor and he told me that they (constructor) need to finish the whole construction by June 2012 and hand it over to developer. Anyone know the progression of Coral? It seems quiet nowadays. Hmmm Added on March 19, 2012, 5:19 pmAnyone know the progression of Coral? It seems quiet nowadays. QUOTE(sambelayamijo @ Oct 9 2012, 03:59 PM) I know the Coral guard house is just built, same case as M Residence also. This is the guardhouse shown in the brochure, as it should be (attached)How come Mah Sing can demolish it & build a new nicer guardhouse after buyers complain? Maybe Coral buyers are the takpe & relac type, maybe Guocoland didn't keep promise. I don't know. Only actual Coral buyers will know. If I am Coral buyer, I will sure to complain. For a RM400k+ property, one deserve better than this. Anyway I am not eyeing at Coral but at Emerald Garden & Amberley sub sales as some said Amberley might be GnG afterall, let wait and see. I like Emerald Garden house design and bigger layout. However besides this, I have no idea what are they offering for the security & the details of the garden concept. The sales people also like never take initiative to explain detail to me. Everytime I have to ask then they answer. If I forget to ask, no answer, like how I forget to ask about the security in details. So after I come across this forum, I think I can get more accurate, reliable & transparent answer. Also we do exchange of view & sometimes debate a bit, but this is healthy & good for buyers like us anyway. Sales people, you know lah, to push sales, they only tell you beautiful things. Ugly stuffs, they keep inside store room. You would see it until you really korek, this is what I am trying to do now, korek. I don't want to find out when it is too late. I will write to Guocoland if i confirmed to buy, but somehow i also confuse what to do now. Complain first then buy or buy first then complain. If I have not yet buy, i complain. Developer won't bother because they can say you don't like, then don't buy lah. If I buy then complain, developer also can not to layan me coz I already sign the agreement. Somemore how to complain as Guocoland also don't have guard house design and the security details for me to scrutinise. We are paying more than RM100 per household and now sharing with Coris? This is more than important to have an good guard house with good security to ensure our safetiness. Moreover, we (Coral) might be the first who be moving in. I don't know anyone want to take their own risk with nowadays security in |

QUOTE(limfgn @ Oct 15 2012, 01:04 PM) For now, i believe that the fence is the most important factor! If we looked at the photo posted by Ruoshaks, imagine when we newly move in, no fence around that area. how dangerous would it be? If there are using normal perimeter fence, it doesn't secure at all. Cassis, Coris, Emerald Garden still under construction, who can guarantee the safetiness for the residence? Many foreign workers (no offence), might walking in and out with no security... i believe they won't invest in CCTV surrounding the area or check point at the back of the road. This is way too much and the clause are really unforgiveable. The criminal cases increasing and this is the "thing" that throw back to us? den who are going to pay for safety home. As if compare to Desa Park, Guoco has far more away to learn n grow, At least they have now lost the integrity and promises. |

QUOTE(wilbalan singh @ Oct 15 2012, 02:37 PM) RM70.00 contribution per month! If no clarifications from Guocoland on the perimeter fencing and guardhouse, I think I have to go to temple, pray hard and seek divine intervention! As i recall is the price of RM70 onwards.with approx of 110 houses, and assuming 50% paying for it, they still hv RM3500 to work it out. Morevoer, the payment is stated 70 and onwards, it could be more than that. This is what we have? |

QUOTE(~Seh~ @ Nov 14 2012, 02:37 PM) "I would like to inform you that the handling over will be expected by end of March 2013 and it was over 80% of completion and currently there is a lot of documentation's process is going on." There really taking their own sweet time. But somehow the compensation is there. The message above was responsed by Guocoland which mean there will be delay in key handover for the Coral. But why there is no response yet about the high security fencing around the houses? If anything happened, are they the one who going to bear the risk we are having? How long they want ignore us, the buyer!!!!! |

QUOTE(limfgn @ Jan 4 2013, 01:37 AM) I heard it was first quarter... is that mean end of April?? Then, is that mean they willing to pay for the penalty to the owner for the last phase as well?As i recall, they shld handover before end of March else there will be penalty call... anyone knows it? Furthermore, any update for the fencing? No fencing means that the CF not approve yet?? Hope to get some update from Coral residences. "Defence our home, to make us better lifestyle and value" |

Any update for the fencing??only managed to snap some photo of the front which, i must say, is lack of the aesthetic of a modern double storey home... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() anyway, home being home, some $$ is already expected to be spent i guess?
