If as scheduled should be 2013

So far no update.....just heard about the Cassis. But alot of cassis buyer wanna buy coral And got call from sales office to get the letter to claim the LCD TV.

They will call you once the letter is ready and you have to collect it at their sales gallery in Rawang..
Person in charge is Seth..

anyway, got my letter on 29th Aug so have to collect TV within 14 days  - call the supplier he said oh..have to check if there is stock..one week later
still no news..called again..oh he is not around and wont be back until next week ..my "deadline" as given by Guocoland is this week...apa macam lah..

So called Gallery - spoke to one N woman..told her my predicament - she keep saying you have to call him..i said -yes i have called him and he said have to check if got stock..so far no reply from him as to whether there is stock or not and deadline is besok..her reply macam robot - you have to call him she keep repeating ...aiya..then she said go to the shop to collect.. i said he already said have to check if got stock or not...vomit blood lah:furious:

At least i can see the progress for Coral 
The piling works is done and they are building the brick wall so far. No roof yet.

What's wrong with Coral? i am very glad to be the early bird taker of Coral (20X70) with only RM300k compare to >RM500k for Coris (22X75)...

Go check the coral progress yesterday.... quite fast... part of the houses already built up and painted... think can complete in time ... din take any pic so cant show here...

Hi, I went to the Amberley construction site last Sunday, everything goes smoothlt, managed to speak to their site supervisor and he told me that they (constructor) need to finish the whole construction by June 2012 and hand it over to developer.   [attachmentid=2736873][attachmentid=2736874]

I know the Coral guard house is just built, same case as M Residence also.
How come Mah Sing can demolish it & build a new nicer guardhouse after buyers complain?
Maybe Coral buyers are the takpe & relac type, maybe Guocoland didn't keep promise. I don't know. Only actual Coral buyers will know.
If I am Coral buyer, I will sure to complain. For a RM400k+ property, one deserve better than this.

Anyway I am not eyeing at Coral but at Emerald Garden & Amberley sub sales as some said Amberley might be GnG afterall, let wait and see.
I like Emerald Garden house design and bigger layout. However besides this, I have no idea what are they offering for the security & the details of the garden concept. The sales people also like never take initiative to explain detail to me. Everytime I have to ask then they answer. If I forget to ask, no answer, like how I forget to ask about the security in details. So after I come across this forum, I think I can get more accurate, reliable & transparent answer. Also we do exchange of view & sometimes debate a bit, but this is healthy & good for buyers like us anyway.
Sales people, you know lah, to push sales, they only tell you beautiful things. Ugly stuffs, they keep inside store room. You would see it until you really korek, this is what I am trying to do now, korek. I don't want to find out when it is too late.

I will write to Guocoland if i confirmed to buy, but somehow i also confuse what to do now.
Complain first then buy or buy first then complain.
If I have not yet buy, i complain. Developer won't bother because they can say you don't like, then don't buy lah.
If I buy then complain, developer also can not to layan me coz I already sign the agreement.
Somemore how to complain as Guocoland also don't have guard house design and the security details for me to scrutinise.

RM70.00 contribution per month! If no clarifications from Guocoland on the perimeter fencing and guardhouse, I think I have to go to temple, pray hard and seek divine intervention!

"I would like to inform you that the handling over will be expected by end of March 2013 and it was over 80% of completion and currently there is a lot of documentation's process is going on."

The message above was responsed by Guocoland which mean there will be delay in key handover for the Coral. 

Any further news on coral? Anyone receive any call frim the developer?

unfortunately the guard was just too efficient to come after me with his superbike...

only managed to snap some photo of the front which, i must say, is lack of the aesthetic of a modern double storey home... 






anyway, home being home, some $$ is already expected to be spent i guess?
