If they still give you that stupid answer, then you file complaint to the housing tribunal. You need a big group of people .. the more the merrier. You can do this even after the VP. This is because there is some 5% ( if I am not mistaken) retain with the lawyer. The money can only be released to the developer after you sign the final acceptance.  So if you can gather a big group of people...5% is a lot of money to the developer.

But I do hope the developer can redo the window and make it better looking.  It is good for their reputation ..after all, it is loose change for them only...make RM 9 million profit last quarter 2012.

Now 2012, more then 300k, getting a smaller and wors guard house???

Ayoh!!Finally some update on Emerald gardens! But what are they doing? Isn't that EG suppose to be their bench mark for their future high end project? If it's going to be worse then amberly, then why did they shout so loud and claim so great about EG!

Come on Guocoland, is this how u are being perceive as none responsible and not owing up to the claim standard??

Someone care to justify! Like that where got standard liow!!!
