i bought ivory 2 (3rd phase) & just received my house keys..mine is end lot but with hill & forest just behind my house (aarrrgghhhhhhhh!!!!)...any agent here or any house owner here willing to switch your unit with mine...plss...plsss...the main reason i wanna switch mine is that i don't like the hill....anyone pls respond me..uhukkkkkk

based on the developer it can be done..but must suka same suka la..then have to arrange with bank to change the documentation...leceh jugak kan..haiyaaa...why la they don't clear the hutan..nyamuk pun banyak...

yup..the house is quite cooling..trying to call the maintenance people to complaint about the hutan but still cannot get them..and request for them to cut come of the trees..dah nak masuk my kitchen wokehhhh..haiyaaa..am i too fussy about the house??hihihihiih...actually the house is very nice..in fact planning to do some reno for the kitchen..just that i need to plan it properly so that it will be more secured (i'm worry in terms of security also because too near with the hutan)...hope the maintenance people can do s/thing...the developer cannot do anything..so do MPS..haiishhhhhh....

when i bought the house..i did asked the SA & refer to their master plan..but based on the SA..it's a hill...clear hill...not hutan...got small river & got small fish somemore...hishhhh...went there with my contractor for renovation...need to cover my back area properly..if kena attack with monkeys...no choice..will call perhilitan laa since it's not under MPS..and the developer also said that the maintenance is in charge...

any ivory phase 3 buyer here?

last week my husband went to the sales gallery just to get info on the water & electricity supply for ivory phase 3..but we were quite shocked to be informed that ivory 3 has not received the CF yet..but we already received our house key..just wanna ask u guys..can we get the house key although CF has not been issued yet??..i'm confused....

hi guys..thnx for your opinion..we thought the same thing too because based on ivory phase 1 buyer, they received about 14k per buyer from the developer because of the panalty...and also based on the sales person..ivory 3 should get the CF another 1 month...

my husband's friend bought his house at East...very near to the bridge between east & west...he said that every morning he can smell 'somehing' from the chicken farm..but not sure about flies..

Added on May 26, 2011, 4:33 pmmy husband just went to the sales office yesterday coz to get update on the CF for ivory phase 3..he did asked about the chicken farm to the SA..she said that the chicken farm is still operating and so far the developer don't have any plan on the chicken farm since it's a private property...

it's good to look at the drastic development at emerald west especially the jusco...can't wait for the jusco to be completed soon..woot...woot...

BUT..i'm so dissapointed with the emerald west security system..houses are still been broken in at night..from my observation, it is TWICE a week..done by the same indonesian gang i think..latest case was last thursday....a gang of 6 broken in into one of the earliest E.west (very near to country home)..and before that, last week on monday (around 5.15am) my house was almost broken in too...it was an indonesian guy based on my maid..he was just about to open my sliding door then he saw my maid..he ran off..ohhh my...a very terrible experience..i quickly install alarm at my house, which initially i planned to do later..for info, during the incident, i was only 2 days moved in to my house..after make police report, my hubby send a copy of the report to the developer..after bising2 to the security, now barulah the security ronda2 more frequent...gggggrrrrrr....

does anyone know when are they going to open the link between E.East and E.West? is it only open for Emerald's residents?

what i can see everyday is Amberly is progressing well..but dunno about the detail la hehehehe..we can see the progress from sales galery since amerly is situated up on the hill...

security wise @ emerald west now is getting better nowdays..police patrol car always monitor this place especially at night (somewhere around 2-3am)..they also went to check the security guards to make sure that they don't sleep while on duty...hihihiihi..but i advise emerald west owners to install alarm for your house coz this area is a new area and many constructions are going on...

and also i can't wait for the jusco to be opened sooooonnnnnnn.....weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....hihihihihi...
