the traffic at rawang still scary....but i prefer anggun more than emerald cos anggun design much nicer and more spacious compared to emerald...the land at emerald owned by anggun's developer..ban lee or something i couldnt recall....

Issit that bad? I heard  from the Rawang through NKVE to PJ at peak hour max is 45 mins.. Seriously I stay in Subang Jaya and I travel to Kelana Jaya through LDP everyday. I still take almost 45mins to reach KJ although the distance is much nearer and I pay RM 1.60 toll.

i went to look at semi D at emerald west....ended up my wife like the anggun but no more available....subsale is rm750k (200k extra from the 1st launch).....when i went there i used the old rawang road....disastrous jam...but when i go back, i used the nkve rawang interchange....kinda ok but still a bit jam...but everytime must use highway and pay tol..kinda inconvenient....and the design at emerald west so so only

yup...me staying at jalan ipoh and working at setapak...so kinda nearby and i am comfortable with the area around here....thinking to look for an investment cos our money are getting smaller from day to day....

i do agree the place is good for investment. but semi D are only for buy n sell i guess...cos renting a semi D for investment i don think is recommended. but i do understand rm640k for a semi D with 40x80 built up...best price ever..but now i think price increased rite?

i am actually surveying but not into semi D cos i just moved in to jalan ipoh...and i find here is convenient...was thinking to invest in some retail or shop office lot....but with new loan policy, i am worry my loan might have difficulty with my current commitment.
