Are there network cable tower setting up at kota emerald to support for internet access? coz vy poor access there. anyone know about this? i saw a cable tower there..

Looks Anggun City/Aeon and the vicinity would be the new commercial hub of Rawang. Good for property owners at EW,BCH and surrounding areas.

Over RM500k for 20x65? Must be mad LOL If 24x80 can consider. This is Rawang wor and the project is so far in. I won't buy a 20' house. It's so congested and 65' is too short. If the design is very good short is not too bad but wide is always an issue. I won't settle for anything less than 22'. MS' prices are always higher than other developers' e.g. their Icon Residence (condo project) is just next to the main road and hemmed in by a secondary school and the kensington park houses yet the price of a one-room studio apt cost more than a million when they first launched the project at the end of 2010. They call the location kiara but it's actually near the Malay kampung of segambut dalam or segambut something.

some more the project sponsor does not really enjoy big support from banks... let's hope his awning business and Houz Depot could give him enough capital...

I went to view a friend's Amberly semiD last week, found it is actually not that bad compare to Anggun2, a lot of house is being renovated, some of the house is very beautiful after some landscape and extension done, it looks like a bungalow, there are 3 types there, all of them can be turn into a nice house with a budget, front, back and side extension can be done because there is a lot of empty land. With rm50k budget, can extend to bigger than my Anggun2 dream house. 
There is a very wide back lane behind the house, we can plant something there in future. At least not too close to the house behind. More privacy and less wet kitchen cooking issue.
Security is good, they are quite strict too. Bad thing is no private clubhouse.

Just attach here the Type C of Emerald Garden, as can be seen from the layout, the right hand side labelled as "landscape", u can plant a Christmas tree or any plant right up to the 3rd floor. The daylight can go thru the staircase area and make the whole house bright.



For 2 storey Type B, the airwell that labelled as Void in the 1st floor, give the natural light to the family area and Bedroom 4. This type of design is brilliant.
Link house with 26" width only can have the luxury of having the L Shape open area, without causing the link house looks cram.

The thing is Type A width 24" width...so after minus out the interspace than it only left < 22", so less spacious feel.

How about the zero lot bungalow? Few months ago developer says launching soon. 

They must be afraid because most new launch comes with private clubhouse, if this high-end bungalow got no private clubhouse, must take very long time to sell. 

Checked today, Zero Lot will be launched next year.

Yes, the SRJKC is definately growing, 2 weeks ago I attended their fund raising dinner in the school, they are now utilising only 1/3 of  tthe land given, so there are a lot more room for more facilities coming.

the initial goal for the fund raising is to raise about Rm80k to built a basketball court, they manage to raise RM200k+(cannot remember exact amount they mentioned), and during that night another almost 45k, so total about 270k-300k, so basketball court is definately coming, and the extras collected will be partially for the assembly hall, if plus per the article, kwang ming daily charity dinner will raise all fund collected for this year in their yearly fundraising to SRJKC Kota Emerald, the school is growing its facilities quite fast, hope the teachers will catch up and start producing good students too:)
