Yea. The should mark up 20k into the selling price for that. Or offer upgrade packages to the buyers
*
I think they have mark up quite a lot already?, those amount should justify them to at least deliver what they have show!

Of course, not including the ID from the show house.

Wonder how much an owner need to spend for such and ID?

Any example of CORAL concrete imprint?

Where did you see the word concrete imprint?

All we can see is concrete.

Look at the stupid Louvre window. Retarded designer, no much different if a better type of window is use. Th guard house looks better without the window.

Is a classic example, penny wise pound foolish.

If it is concrete imprint, then it is quite acceptable to me. There are lot of nice design with concrete imprint.

But still should confirm with developer directly.

Just a thought, if it is concrete imprint, then the show house should installed with the actual concrete imprint that comes with the house... right !! Otherwise Chineses proverb said " hang up the goat's head but selling dog's meat" .
*
Those maybe acceptable, for their price tag, as refer to "google" concrete imprint look very nice, not so cheap, with only box imprint, might as well print the indon japanese sliper there.

Please do better, cannot be cost cutting until like this? better to have smooth concrete, and paint it with epoxy paint look better then those imprint.

Want to do concrete imprint, please do it right!!

Guys, I think you all misunderstand the construction term used. If I have not mistaken, the finishes for the carporch should be like what they have provide for coral, "concrete imprint" not concrete or bare concrete. This concrete imprint finishing is a norm nowadays, very common for carporch or roof terrace finishes. Just google "concrete imprint" to understand more. Cheers.
*
How can you confirm that, there is a misunderstand???? those sample of their current ready unit in Emerald are really poorly done, with shallow imprint, just box design, not colour.

Why bother, delivering such bad workmanship!! the developer reputation is much more valuable then those few penny save?

Do it right, and proper, action and delivery is better then LOUD ADVERTISING GIMMICK, and the end result is cheap looking.

Cheers

Agree. I get the impression that developer do not place "presentability" on top of the list. See the guard house straight away no mood already. It is like low cost guard house. Don't use "safety first" as excuse. "Looks" does not have to be compromised whether safety is there or not.
*
Action speak louder then words, if safety first they should have barb wire for all thir fence instead of Fence, it would provide more safety then look?

The guard house should use a container rather then brick and motar.

In any development, property sells and buyer buys by looking at a few criterior:

-developer reputation
-delivers
-location
-concept
-quality

Anyone dont agree?

When I was making inquiry, SA told me definitely a guardhouse but design not out yet. Design will be out when nearer to completion for submission of approval. I never ask card access.

Their SA are not well trained. Sometime give contradictory info. Like I was told maintenance is around RM 100 a month but some heard RM300....Better clarify with developer..
*
Siow Bo, i was told only RM80 a month, what all this.......guessing game???

Here we are talking about almost 1 million property value here!!

Care to elaborate.

Is Coral GnG?

So how'he reply from Guocoland?
*
Let me guess, you will not get a respond from their web site email.

Why ?

Last time i register my self and ask them to contact me back,on the pretext for purchases, i did not reveived any call, email of what so ever untill now!!

You ask how long? let see, is more then 4 month already.

Seems like there are a lot of miscommunication between Guocoland & their buyers sad.gif
The SA are unable to provide a crystal clear picture or answer to the buyers. A lot of grey area & uncertainty here which is not doing good to Guocoland's image.

Maybe they should consult their southern counterpart in Singapore, Guocoland Ltd. on this matter and learn a trick or two from them.
*
Or they are all plan out, when no one ask or notice, then they would be home run?

This is very bad Publicity for them!!! Great Name, Great Shout out, Great Claim, Great PR.

But "It Seems they are not interested to Delivery what They have Shout about"

Bench Mark to High End??

At the first place their marketing knows what they are doing and the builder know what they are marketing?
