Just do it manually.
Even my 12 years old cousin can flash my phone manually in 1st attempt.

QUOTE(acat @ May 26 2010, 10:58 AM) guys, i've failed flashing AGAIN to pr1.2. i've done full reflashing (rootfs+eMMC) but still got infinite reboot loop. now reflash to pr 1.1, seems ok, but the first boot took long enough (around 2 minutes). After load into homescreen, my sim card is not detected. That's known issue.Solution here : http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=639178&postcount=66btw,RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.19-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin and RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin (global release) is what i'm using to flash. |

Technically N8 isn't the 1st device to have QT built in.
N900 with PR 1.2 have QT built in already. |

QUOTE(Eiraku @ May 27 2010, 03:08 PM) Poor people buy mtbs with loans lol... Anyhow, subisting with EDGE on the bus, seems the "upgraded" microb is better in handling low bandwidh connections now. Using unlimited package or PAYU?@acat: How? Pure patience, as I did it manually lol. Been doing it back with samurize asso lol. When I 1st got N900 I used PAYU for a month.Just opened few pages and the bill was RM90 for data package alone... |

Nope.
Even with pressing CTRL + SHIFT + R to enable potrait mode it's not possible to type sms in potrait. The vt keyboard just doesn't work in potrait. You can read sms in potrait though. |

It's perfectly normal. It's done to protect the processor.During idle time the processor will be in 250Mhz & when maximum processing power needed it'll switch to 600MHz.
Even normal pc processor have this function.(In Intel processor it's called EIST) |

Forget NSU & just use the manual update.
Follow aspire's front page manual. |

QUOTE(suicideroach @ May 27 2010, 11:19 PM) ok, thanks man... i changed the -f to -F, now its working... but then on the CMD, its stucks at "suitable USB device not found, waiting." When you connect your phone,go to control panel ->Devices and Printers & check whether there is N900(Update Mode)so? is it normal? You can only update if it's under update mode. |
