same issue here...

upload the image via LYNs attachment...

it goes to the verifying human page

then immediately goes to the forum homepage

going back and doing it again does the same routine.

images attached to lyns attachment gets rotated 90 deg when posted instead of as is. Any idea why?

Image was captured on samsung s23fe vertically n uploaded via phone. Rotated horizontal when uploaded. Above image isnt the first time its happened to me

I think it is related to EXIF (you can google for it), some software don't respect EXIF value stored alongside photo. There are apps (for example: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5490242 ) where you can clean the EXIF value of the photo, and then try to upload it again.

i viewed it on my PC, it's rotated, and no EXIF info
when you rotate/crop it on phone, make sure you save it to overwrite the original.

but better dont rely on EXIF, if you have your GPS turn-on , the photo will store the GPS location
and you could be tracked as the goelocation data is very accurate lol.
