yup, both BMC & sg long exit also jam.... morning 6.30 sg long Q start from Maybank traffic light, take 10-15 minutes to reach Grand saga HW, BMC side take 20 minutes from jusco traffic light to grand saga.

i'm one of them

the traffic ease after 8am, but still moving slow until 9am.
these few week i try 9.30am out from sg long, not jam at all

if the BMC side traffic lights @ grand saga exit broke down or someone turn it off, there will be no jam at all

not any better from TP ler.....

silk highway --> jam at the mines
silk highway --->jln sg long Q from taman rakan2 --> grand saga ---> kl, jam start before batu 9 tol
silk highway --->jln sg long Q from taman rakan2---> grand saga --->silk HW --> kajang/ bangi, jam start @ sungai chua

only silk highway ---> semenyih side guaranty not jam

20:30 no jam already, only thing need to think is not much choice/ restaurant for dinner here, BMC side more choices

to me, is better....let the BMC side have all the noise/ crowd
anyway, go BMC just 5 minute drive mar..

but is good for own stay

buy GnG, alarm, cctv, grill, security doors....... malaysia mar

still....choose the right environment 1st, GnG, no corner, no last row, no construction site/ indon kampung nearby

safety for the family is top priority, then only maintenance +security fees

Palm walk all 2 sty link, opposite is bangalow by Tanming group

is lots of ppl tot sg long = far far ulu place, when i tell them my house is 18km from mid valley they r like

The guard post was built by Tanming, now the developer complaint to mpkj to tear it down… so, never take developer's word on GnG, they just want sales and your $$$

Tanming have new phase 3 banglow behind, developer request to use Ph1 & 2 main access for their construction personal n heavy vehicle, RA rejected them n ask them to use alternative road…Developer report mpkj and sue RA for the illegal guard house(was built by tanming to fufill their GnG ads), finally mpkj took action to removed guard house.

6.45--7.00am sg long main road smooth after those parents who send out their kids to school

best is wakeup @ 10am, sure no jam at all

Don't ever consider Tanming project after the Tanming mutiara guard house case



look carefully, the Tanming indah 2 guard house in built on main road's sidewalk pavement, MPKJ will tear it down if any complaint by the neighbor taman

sl4, no more land behind so not to worry, this tanming indah 2 behind got big pcs of land yet to develop, i got info they want to built condo there
