Good buy and good stay .. But first and second phase near to shop and mid cost apartment so it's might be noisy ..and some units might rent to workers too

Bmc section 5 have one interchange , and Sg long tru silk highway also got one exit to ekve. I think the exit near twin palm area

The langat 2 , there is biggest water reservoir will be build in bmc near section 5. The new high voltage tnb plant is located at next to cheras vista 3 / vantage 4 。
Even the connaught and Bukit segar folk make noise last time about the pylon . Selangor gorvernment also one day must give green light to carry on the work . Cos one of the reason to build the tnb plant is for langat 2 project |

If not forget , Lastime heard under the agreement concessionaire has rights to increase the toll rate every 4 years but if cabinets not approve then government have to pay compensate to toll operator

Whether is Sg long south , seh , eco majestic . Also classified as seminyeh location .
Frankly semenyih and balakong many ppl mind set still think it's ulu and Bangla /ah chai place .. |

Actually the concessionaire was planed to put up toll booth at balakong there . The system / cables all ordered but end up never put.

Signage and banner eyesore , but for mpkj they don't care the environment they only remove the one without permit for banner/signage . U pay money then can hang everywhere
In Sg hardly see the banners and billboards becos they have direction of beautifying the city . |

Don't need pressure , Just work closely with them . If u are committee of residents association in ur place then u can go Sg long/bmc RA branch introduce urself so next time ur residence problem wil easily settle

Maybe they worry if the access at BKt Sg long open and ekve operate then there will be leakage / by pass the Sg long silk toll
