there is a basketball court and a public garden in section 6,
after they build the gate, outsiders can't use the facility, a bit unfair lor

section 6and 7 are different from palmwalk because palmwalk are already gate and guard in beginning, but section 6 and 7 are not..

well, i am not against any G&G scheme, but i think the problems is the committee didn't do it in a proper way.
first, they didn't follow the rules set by MPKj where some to the barriers should unlock during the day.
2nd, they force to start the G&G scheme even some of the resident are opposing it


look, i know maybe people will say G&G is good since the crime rate are high...but IF there are residents who are opposing this G&G scheme, then u can't force them to accept it....this is their right, when they bought the house , it is not G&G...suddenly someone say they want the G&G scheme,you need to follow this and that and pay certain amount monthly... sweat.gif

Do any of u know what is the latest developments in between green acre condominium and the sungai long golf course. There is land clearing going on. Quite massive the area. I think is Sin heap Lee development. They haven't put in any signboard yet. Wonder what they are building.  Condo or bungalow.
