Sg Long is nice place staying. Heard mc D beside TM station there.

Really? If SRJK almost complete will bring Sg Long house price increase too.

Ok but Sg Long landed expensive than Mahkota. Not much ppl really afford.

Seen have contractor re do new TAR road. I think traffic light will function soon.

Connaught jam because of Desa Tun Razak there. Last time I also take Cheras jam also because of MRT project.

Bro, i can't give u any good advice as i don't use the BMC access road. But i can share with you my personal experience (last week). I had training at JW Marriott KL and i used waze to route the traffic. Out of the 4 days training, waze asked me to use Jalan Cheras and only 1 day it asked me to use connaught. And i damn regret using that road. Use Jalan Cheras exit Jalan Tun Razak after Viva Home is so much faster ... It took me about 40 mins to reach JW Marriott KL. I went out around 7:30am from Sg Long and reached JW Marriott KL around 8:10am. Cheers

I think Sg Long houses price higher than BMC.

BTW Taman Rakan traffic light already start operate. Let see tomorrow morning how look like. Hopefully not very very jam.
