To me, is s chinese place, morning market everyday, Hospital (Good for emergency case), UTAR new building coming up(Consolidation of UTAR KL will be in BSL), Chinese Primary School, Secondary School and heard that McDonald coming in too

Hi guys, just wondering if there is any latest updates on SRJK © Sg. Long? is it already accepting student registration? I'm planning to transfer my nephew to this school, who will be in Std 5 next year.

Is the contruction work started?

the srjkc looks almost complete..when it operate..this area will attract more chinese buyers especially those with family..basically this area got everything..

from primary school to univerisity...wet market, kopitiam, AEON, lots of shoplots....very convenient for family stay...

of course will bring up another at least 10-20%...try to ask agent..now many chinese family buyers asking to buy for sungai long landed house...

ya..sg long landed more average more higher than BMC...mostly because nicer living environment...BMC more looks like 505 of commercial, 50% of residential...

sg long 80% is residential area..more peaceful living environment...

I prefer stay at Taman Rakan-Rakan, Taman Bukit Suria, Taman Suria & Cheras Idaman, cos there already have a new traffic light at the Mosque junction but not yet operate. Soon will be suffered with another traffic jam from sungai long to kajang highway

yes the new traffic light near Mosque will be beneficial to Taman Rakan residents

I wonder which developer. Any how getting out of that junction is getting more difficult as heavy traffic flow from sg long heading out.

the ingress road for Tropicana Cheras is an issue.  If you can accept it, then no issue.  I would say Desa Budiman has one of the better G&G project at sg long.  On the long run maintained really has to depend on the JMB.

Bro, i can't give u any good advice as i don't use the BMC access road. But i can share with you my personal experience (last week). I had training at JW Marriott KL and i used waze to route the traffic. Out of the 4 days training, waze asked me to use Jalan Cheras and only 1 day it asked me to use connaught. And i damn regret using that road. Use Jalan Cheras exit Jalan Tun Razak after Viva Home is so much faster ... It took me about 40 mins to reach JW Marriott KL. I went out around 7:30am from Sg Long and reached JW Marriott KL around 8:10am. Cheers

today not sure what's wrong... waze asked me to turn into BTHO then go to alam damai then connect back to connaught ... wah ... such a big turn ... took me nearly 1 hour to reach my office today.

the sg long chinese primary school is 95% now, intake in sept/okt, will start to operate in 2015 for primary 1+ 2 +3
