By connecting to Silk Highway, Bkt Sg Long and Taming Indah residents is the direct beneficiaries, the distance to home is so much nearer, property value definately will increase...their house are all G&G separate with main road with high wall the noise should be minimum.

By opening this access road also bring benefit to Silk Highway as it encourage more usage of their highway and "u-turn" facility...

Understand that you live in Bukit Sungai Long, would be grateful if you could ask Kihuat on behalf of Sg Long residents for the access road as Kihuat never reply my email as expected.

Would be grateful if you could check with Kihuat, developer for Bkt Sg Long actually why they do not continue with the access road to Silk Highway...due to reject by MPKJ or Silk Highway or the developer simply do not want to build it as suggested by some fellow forumner..

I suspect this is Silk Highway that demand millions of compensation based on what happened in 2008 for Grand Saga Highway vs BMC access road.

I was there when Lim Lip Yong stop the GS's generator and residents removed the road block..however tear gas follow after a while, I taste the tear gas for the first time in my life, time flied there was 6 years ago. No compensation given to GS after few round of fights/negotiation between politician, police, GS and BMC residents. The access road permanent open in May 2008 after blocked few times by GS and some gangsters.

In BMC case, the whole access road have been built but blocked by GS...many people was hit by police during the Buka Jalan campaign..but I don't think KH will built the last mile without consent by Silk and bosses in Bkt Sg Long will confront the authority just for the right to exit highway.

For BMC that access road is their lifeline without it BMC won't be so ONG and the residents have to travel 7km extra + plus RM1 toll to reach home in 2008. While for Bkt Sg Long residents they still can travel via Sg Long main road.

Interchange for sure out, access road is a more practical option as it needs much more lower cost however we do not know which party stop the access road some say KH some say Silk or MPKJ.

To go Kl Bsl bosses always can choose to pay toll what is RM1 for them

This is confirmed, Silk demand for compensation..

From Silk's point of view, you use my highway you need to pay....I think we need political influence from State Government.

Before toll, for people go straight access road not relevant.

My source say let wait till the year end, hope he won't bluff me..

By the way, if the land next to Silk Highway belong to Kihuat, the access road still can be built to connect to Silk Highway like what Lion did in BMC. If the highway operator block the road, it will another hot news in newspaper, then the repeat of BMC access road will happen

Being cash rich at least eliminating the most material risks for all under construction project-ABANDON project. Therefore almost Zero Abandon Risk for cash rich developer.

I also find out that other Sg Long developers such as Tanming & Wira Cheras also does not pledge their land to bank for financing, all cash rich developer..

I think they can exit Silk Highway to KL, however either u-turn at Twin Palm by paying RM1/- when come back from KL or go through Tmn Rakan to escape toll.

This is willing buyer willing seller nothing wrong...anyway how your investment in Surian Villa, done?

cash rich of course not equal to careful builders however a cash rich company has the resources to complete the project therefore the possibility of abandoned project will be very low..
