oh you dont hv a stove?
oh god i cant have too many eggs. i get sick of them!
i make my own almond butter... and i have a large variety of nuts to munch on. pick low carb ones like brazil nuts, hazelnuts and walnuts. peanuts and pistachios are higher in carb if im no mistaken.
it may only be 1-2g difference but i find it all adds up at the end of the day and staying under that 20-30g carb limit can be a b****.

coconut oil is yummy... smile.gif high in medium chain triglycerides too.
u like cheese? certain full-fat cheeses like edams cheese and monterey jack are practically zero carb per 30g serving with 9g fat and 7g protein... but go easy on the stuff cos its high in saturated fats (5-6g out of the 9) and i think ur better off hitting ur fat requirement with better sources.
*
Im living in uni hostel.. so no stove, also difficult to use inside room. I do already smuggle small refrigerator.. So now plan to smuggle small oven next week.. brows.gif
here is small town.. so rare to find shop sell all that nuts.. just sometimes I take Tong Garden's Cashew nut.. So now trying to find it at around Penang..

Coconut oil.. will give it a try.. But Im not a cheese fan.. also when I try to buy it, its saturated fat outnumbered the unsaturated fat.. It makes me feel scare to try it..

My first week also,I've been eating Salmon,Beef, eggs, taking fish/salmon oil caps also.

Am not used to such high fat diet, having some trouble adapting.

Are cashew nuts ok?

Just get a small oven enough,am using a small one and its good enough for fish and beef,be careful cause fish smells!
*

True that and for sure they'll take it the wrong way.

Actually after eating so many eggs I don't even notice the smell and taste.

good stuff bro.will get my animal cuts from supplier tonight.prolly will start tomorrow or friday! flex.gif

btw,any side effects so far?
*
I think the 2 red capsules in pack is a diuretic pills..
Read somewhere that u can leave that capsules if u dont want that diuretic effect and consume it later when u feel u need to shed water out of your body.. It is in animals website if im not mistaken..
Nothing obvious for the side effect as u consume it.. Thermogenic part really effective as soon as u finish telan all 9 capsules.. then, get ready for visiting toilet (for smaller business one, in my case la)..

the red one is the 'pump' pills, dun leave it out!
it increases the heart beat rate. the ones tat are diuretic are the blue capsules (2 pills). yea so far, i leave those out, not needed for me, coz i'm not those bodybuilders who r joining competition coz it is required to have rather 'drier' body.
side effect? hmm i feel like vomiting coz of the smell. lol.
animal cut is basically made of herbs (green tea, roots etc). so the herbs smell is really horrible. really. every morning i have a hard time swallowing 7 capsules. whenever i have them i just tell myself XX days left.
*
ya.. correct2.. the blue one.. mistaken it becoz of some many color in one pack..
the red one surely give u the warm feeling after swallow it..
first thing into ur mouth and stomach were 7/9 capsules.. very hard for the first time..
need time to swallow all of them.. one by one sweat.gif ..
btw, it still powerful fb to use..
