BTW, can anyone find ON Whey anymore or is it discontinued? I searched some threads on LYN and BuilderBall's website doesn't list the product while last time I checked, I think bata ran out of stock (?).
Friend wants to get one tub.

Earlier today I noticed a person placing a plate in front of his stomach and then he would lift the plate (his hands would be 3 o clock and 9 o clock on the plates) so that the plates would be in front of his head.
Can anyone tell me what is that exercise called? I tried googling weight plate exercises and couldn't find it.

I love legs day. I am a bit of a masochist. If I don't feel pain, I feel like I am not doing enough.
Most hated day: Chest and shoulder. I have a phobia of me dropping the dumbbell on my skull and killing myself as a result.

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Jul 7 2010, 01:21 PM) Creatine is a bulking supplement or used as a competitive tool by bodybuilders who're carb depleted to retain fullness of muscle precompetition. It's also a strength enhancer by providing more ATP supply for use by your body.Think of it as your muscles being a sponge being enhanced for its capability to absorb more water. Bigger size = more contractile power = more strength = more growth. BCAA helps retain muscle mass which is lost due to dieting, cardio, bedtime fasting. Goes straight into your skeletal muscles instead of being absorbed by the liver. Both are good. Take your pick. For cardio bunnies like myself who want to train to run a half marathon, I should take BCAA? Also between creatine and nitric oxide, which would be better since I read nitric oxide has been billed as a strength enhancer as well? Anything containing the word oxide scares me as being harmful.

One question for lateral and frontal raises, must the arms be STRAIGHT? I like to have my joint slightly bent 'cause if my arms are fully STRAIGHT, I feel a pain at the joints on occasion.

QUOTE(pedro @ Jul 15 2010, 09:34 PM) Joints should not be absolutely straight, slightly curved to maintain tension. Very small angle eh! Thank God, the trainer beside me was trying to break his customer's arms. The dude was telling me how sore his elbow was.
