Not a legspert but walking db lunges with good form are awesum to jelly up your legs.

Oh I call that single-legged split squat. That's pretty nasty too.

Usually lose balance first before lose strength... hehe.

Basics are fine if you have the equipments smile.gif

If not then have to do alternatives ler. I did DB walking lunges on stairs @FF Leisure Mall last time cause that place no squat rack. Very hard to come down afterwards.
