I am considering buying a SOHO unit at jalan ampang. Do you think it is still a worthwhile investment despite some say SOHOs are oversupplied right now?

If I buy a SOHO at say 12 to 16 floors with only 300 to 400 sf, how to run some of these businesses?
Also, SOHO rental may be up to 3-4k in downtown area, it may not be suitable for small business as the rental will kill the business. Anyone here make money from renting SOHO unit in KL downtown? |

SOHO & Studio are different.
SOHO is commercial and Studio is residential. commercial you can only get max 80% instead of 90%. also commercial you pay more for almost everything. Most SOHO do not comes with carpark. |
