i don't think bent is underrated ... he's gonna score >20 goals per season for a 'small' club any season
the problem with bent is that he is too 1 dimensional ... he can't adapt to the way the team plays ... it is the team that has to adapt to him ...
that is why even though he scores so many goals, you don't see the so called top 4 teams or top european top teams bidding for him like mad ... i guess that is oso why he's out of tottenham

Added on April 28, 2010, 1:31 pmi start to confuse what means by underrated ? seldom mention by media/fans = underrated ? yakubu performance is so so only this season. i think they mean it as player that score a lot goals but rarely gets a mention ... that's not a fair way to look at a striker as there are a few kinds on em around ... the prima punta, secunda punta, trequartista, false nine |
