underate can measure by :

1. player who doing very well in the team but unfortunately he got overshadowed by other player in the team

example 1 : rooney doing good last season but he is shadowed by ronaldo last season
example 2 : kuyt very impressive last season but player like gerrard/torres shadowing him

2. player who doing a good job but unfortunately he had low profile played in low end team or even didnt get 1st team chance in big team
example 1: falcao
example 2: podolski
