I used sub rm100 drill.. can drill anything from wood to cement & concete. I used it a lot to hang stuff on the wall and even to for wall clothes hanger/drier (this one uses 10mm drill bit, the biggest hole I ever made for DIY stuff)..

So, paying rm980 to do you DIY thing sounds crazy..
